For this project, I served as lead Information Architect, supporting a team of UX and visual design professionals at Razorfish. My focus was on user flows, wireframes and GUI specifications for the home page, flight search and booking, and vacation shopping.

Kirsten's UX thinking was invaluable in reimagining the flight booking flow for Delta Air Lines. The features she helped incorporate, like adding trip extras and upgrading seats midstream, increased profits for Delta and gave travelers a better booking experience.
